What are your hours of operation?
Please call us between 8:00am and 8:00pm Mountain Time Mon.-Fri, and 9:00am-12:00PM on Saturday.
Office hours are typically 8:30am-6:00pm Mountain time, but due to travel, please call ahead to ensure that we will be here to assist you. Other times are available by appointment.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash or personal check.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve the Wasatch front of Utah and Southeastern Idaho directly. We can do your project if you live outside this area, however, you will need to send your photos by mail or delivery service.
Could I just do this for myself?
Yes you could, similar to the way you can take your own professional portraits with your 35mm camera and develop and print your own pictures. In addition to my strong computer background, I have spent hundreds of hours refining my service. I use a use several high end software packages. However, these are only tools. It is the artistic vision and experience using these tools that provide professional results. Yes it is possible to do it yourself, but is it really worth the cost for both hardware and software and the time for trial and error?
My genealogy software will let me do a scrapbook. Why should I have you do my history?
There are many reasons why you should trust your memory preservation to us.
- Flexibility. We can do your scrapbook any way you want it. We can duplicate an existing scrapbook, create a scrapbook organized by people, events, dates, whatever you want. We can also incorporate your genealogy, and link everything together based on your format.
- Image quality. We scan in the images at 600DPI. This means working with image files from 35-150 Megabytes.
- Digital enhancement and restoration. While some programs have limited enhancement and restoration capabilities, I have three different high end software programs I use. However, these are just tools. Without the experience and artistic vision, the results can be less than professional. I select the tool best for the type of work I plan on doing, and often use several programs on one image.
- Layout. I use a high end layout program that allows me total flexibility in layout. Most genealogy programs limit you to one or several templates. We can create special backgrounds or images for you. If you have an idea, ask, and we can probably do it.
- Compatibility. Will your data files work on your families' computers? We have spent considerable time to develop a format that will work on PCs and Macs. No special software is needed.
- Sharing. How do you share your memories. We provide your history to you on a CD with custom artwork for both the CD and the case. Even if you have a CD writer, you would still need the high end illustration software to provide the same level of quality and professional appearance.
How long will you need to keep my photos and documents?
Typically, if your project will be 200 photos or less we will return your photos within 2 business days. Larger projects may require longer (typically 1 day per 200 photos or documents).
How long does a typical project take?
A typical project will be finished within 2 weeks, depending on workload. We can quote a process completion time when you place your order.
Do you sell scrapbook supplies?
No, we do not sell scrapbook supplies. We work totally on the computer.
Do you sell blank CDs or cases?
No, we sell only CDs containing completed projects.
Can you do a video scrapbook?
We do not transfer photos or documents to video. For this service, contact our friends at Christensen Multimedia. We are able to do limited video to CD, but due to compatibility and size limitations, it is best to limit video to short clips or a greeting.
What about copyright?
Professional photos should be considered copyright protected. Photos covered by copyright will typically have the photographers name on the front, or the name and copyright information on the back of the photo. Copyright has expired on photos taken before 1964, so these should be no problem. For newer pictures, the copyright is valid for 50 years after the death of the creator, so we would need to obtain authorization to use these photos from the photographer. If they are no longer in business or are not willing or able to provide copies of the photos, then we can use the photos under the fair use exception.
The CDs we produce are also protected by copyright. We make every effort to make our copies of your CDs affordable. If you want any copies of the CDs we have created, please order them through us. We maintain a library of the CDs we have created, so you can contact us at any time for additional copies.
